It is a fully web enabled application that exploits all the possibilities of internet in order to transform your manpower management into the most effective and efficient administrative engine among you and your competitors. This is highly scalable to accommodate organizations of any size. It suites huge multinational companies spanning around the globe as well as companies running inbound a specific demographical region with a single or multiple branches around it. This software solution has two different areas where first area is dealing with the manpower and payroll whereas the other side deals with fixed assets management and other administrative tasks.   Personal
 
This module is used manage the personal information of the employees in the system. Here the user has to feed all types of information regarding an employee including personal, professional, contacts, document details, relatives information, allocation of employee, salary information, leave information, air fare information, etc. along with photograph and signature. The employee profile available here will provide the user with all the relevant information pertaining to selected employee. The document management system along with this module gives auto-alerts to the user according to the alert window period. Also the softcopies of all the documents can be uploaded to the personal database. The access to the personal information is in a hierarchical manner. That is, an employee can view his information along with employees who are directly or indirectly reporting to him/her.
 
  Accommodation
 
This module handles the accommodation allocation of the employees. This also handles the real estate related issues like renewal of contracts, managing the related real estate company account, etc. Employees can be allocated to different villas, flats, room, bed spaces, etc.
 
  Organization Chart
 
This module draws the organization chart according to the personal information entered into the system. The organization has two flavours namely comprehensive and simple. In comprehensive organization chart, each employee will be represented as a card like box where there will be employee's photograph along with name, designation, contact information like telephone numbers, cell numbers, email id, etc. If a user double clicks on the photograph of an employee, the organization chart will be shorted to the employee and others who are reporting to him directly or indirectly. Similarly, if a user click on the profile icon displaying beside the employee name, the profile of the selected employee will be displayed on the screen. Now, if a user selects the simple format of organization chart, it will show only employee names and their designations which is more concise and printable. There is a parameter screen to select branch, division, etc to draw organization chart of only those selected company entities.
 
  Time and Attendance
 
This module is used manage the time and attendance of employees in the organization. This can be achieved in two ways according to the system. First method is to use some of the biometric devices or card readers to get the date and time input of each employee. The alternate method is manual entry. The attendance can be in straight shifts or roaster shifts which are predefined in the system. An employee can work up to three mutually exclusive shifts per day. A processed attendance will be used for payroll generation.
 
  Payroll
 
This module is used to generate the payroll for employees of the organization. The salaries, special earnings and deductions will be applied on the processed attendance and generate the pay slips. The Employee Self Service (ESS) is available for variable earnings and variable deductions. This module also manages the employee loans and advances, bonus, etc.
 
  Leave
 
The leave management is the module that covers all the leaves in the organization. Various leaves can be created and applied in this module. Any leave can be applied thru the ESS screens available for employees and they will be posted for an approval from the relevant official(s). Along with leave, there are other modules like document withdrawal, travel requisition, leave settlement, final settlement, etc.
 
  Recruitment
 
Once the system is implemented in an organization, all the new employees will be recruited through this module. This starts with manpower budget approval, post requisition, candidate information till the arrival of the employee. Once the employee arrived as under-visa-process, the candidate can be rejected if the visa process fails. Otherwise they can be added to the personal database as employee on probation or an active employee
 
  Training
 
This module manages all types of training programs for employees. This can either be an in-house training program or be a training program conducted by another organization like a university, college or training centre. All the training information related to an employee will be added to employee's personal profile.
 
  Appraisal
 
The appraisal of employees are managed through this module. An appraisal period can be generated in the system which be a year or half yearly or quarterly or whichever period required. The ESS screens are used for self appraisal followed by the management appraisal and evaluations.
 
  Manpower Budget
 
The current and proposed manpower information can be combined here and maintain a catalogue of manpower requirement of the organization in a year. This module is directly related to recruitments, reallocation of employees, pay rise for employees etc.
 
  Certificates
 
This modules is an ESS based module where employees can apply for various certificates and letter like experience certificates, bank letters, etc. from the organization. The approved requisitions will be processed and the certificates will be dispatched to the employee.
 
  Events
 
This is the module used to manage various company events. It can be company day or anniversary, or any other events hold by the organization. The user can send invitations to selected employees thru the system and the invitations will be dispatched as emails. This module can also trigger a birthday greetings to the employee as well as a congratulations message on the every date-of-joining anniversary.
 
  Fixed Assets Management
 
This module is from administration side of the system. This module is used to manage fixed assets of the organization which can be in possession of employees. The fixed assets managed in this module are furniture, computers and laptops, cell phones, vehicles and office equipments. Any employee who is retiring or resigning or get terminated should first clear the fixed possessions. The employee has to return laptops, cell phones, vehicle, etc. to process the final settlement of the employee.
 
  Stores and Stationeries
 
This module manages the purchase and issues of various stationeries, office equipment consumables, computer peripheral consumables, pantry consumption, etc. The reports in this section help the organization to reduce the unwanted spending on the above commodities.
 
  Insurance
 
This module is used to manage various insurance policies related to the organization and employees. The group life insurance, manager family insurance, vehicle insurance, building and rent insurance, money insurance, fidelity insurance, etc. Also this module automatically alerts the user for renewal of the policies going to be expired.
 
  Others
 
This administrative module covers courier management and printing press management. The courier management handles the couriers sent and received by the organization along with the charges. Similarly the printing press module keeps the inventory of all printed materials in the organization like business cards, letter heads, vouchers, invoices, brouchers, flayers, etc. Any low stock items will be alerted and can be reprinted.
 
  Reports
 
The system has a very comprehensive set of reports which are attached to each of the above narrated modules as well as a single module altogether. This has reports from simple master listing to very complex drilldown reports. The outputs can be exported into various contemporary file formats like pdf, xls, doc, rtf, xml, etc.
 
 MIS
 
Besides a detailed list of reports provided as a part of each module, the system provides a very advanced list of information grouped as MIS. This has a lot of analytical reports and statistical graphs that can tell the trend of various parameters of the business. In short, the module provides you some limited business intelligence.
 
  Administration
 
The administration module is one of the most important modules in this system. This module helps you manage various functional roles, users, login audit, data audit, etc. There is an IP tracking also available to track the location of user access.
 
  Utility
 
This module provides the user some flexibility in the usage of the system. This has modules like copy setup, advanced search, user password management, application skin management, imail management, flash message, etc.
