ZEBRAS Finance

The ZEBRAS Finance is a software designed for BPO standard financial accounting. This is a complete standalone financial accounting solution that can be used as a completely standalone application or it can be integrated to any types applications like operational applications, legacy systems, etc. The main attraction of this application is that this can be a centrally managed financial solution for the complete group of companies by integrating various business applications running at various entity companies around the globe. The main modules in this application are:   General Accounts Account Receivables Account Payables Other Receivables Other Payables Intercompany Transactions Bank Reconciliation PDC Management Authorization Reports MIS Administration Utilities     General Accounts   This module is used for general accounting jobs like entering various vouchers, reverse vouchers, etc. This module provides various voucher types like journal vouchers, sales vouchers, sales expense vouchers, purchase vouchers, purchase expense vouchers, etc. This module provides the option to save voucher templates in the system so that the user does not want to create it all the time. Also it allows the user the make reverse vouchers from a selected voucher.     Account Receivables   This module handles all the client related accounts and settlement. Once the sales vouchers are entered into the screen, the user can settle the receipts through customer receivable options. This is an automatic process. Also the advance settlement is provided for a later sale. It has customer statement, due reports, custom defined customer ageing reports, etc.    Account Payables   This module handles all the supplier related accounts and settlement. Once the purchase vouchers are entered into the screen, the user can settle the payments through supplier payable options. This is an automatic process. Also the advance settlement is provided for a later sale. It has supplier statement, due reports, custom defined supplier ageing reports, etc.     Other Receivables   This module is used to settle any receivables other than customers. This can be either cash or bank.     Other Payables   This module is used to settle any payables other than suppliers. This can be either cash or bank.     Intercompany Transactions   The ZEBRAS Finance has a very extensive intercompany transactions screen. This can be fund transfer in terms of cash or bank. Or it can be various account adjustments. All the necessary accounting entries to both the entity companies will be posted automatically.     Bank Reconciliation   This modules provides a bank reconciliation screen to settle bank details. The pending will be forward to the next period. This can be either manual or automatic. In automatic method, the module accepts the statement in the form of EDI data from the respective bank. This may vary from bank to bank.     PDC Management   The post dated cheque management is an important accounting task. This module enables the user to track them very easily. It have auto alerts according to the realization dates. This can be cheques issued by the organization as well as the cheques issued to the organization.     Authorization   Any entry into ZEBRAS Finance will be an unauthorized entry as long as the user does not have a voucher authorization privilege. This is module lets the authorized user to approved such unauthorized vouchers and post them permanently into the general ledger entries.     Reports   The system has a very comprehensive set of reports which are attached to each of the above narrated modules as well as a single module altogether. This has reports from simple master listing to very complex drilldown reports. The outputs can be exported into various contemporary file formats like pdf, xls, doc, rtf, xml, etc.    MIS   Besides a detailed list of reports provided as a part of each module, the system provides a very advanced list of information grouped as MIS. This has a lot of analytical reports and statistical graphs that can tell the trend of various parameters of the business. In short, the module provides you some limited business intelligence.     Administration   The administration module is one of the most important modules in this system. This module helps you manage various functional roles, users, login audit, data audit, etc. There is an IP tracking also available to track the location of user access.     Utility   This module provides the user some flexibility in the usage of the system. This has modules like copy setup, advanced search, user password management, application skin management, imail management, flash message, etc.
